Bwin Horse Racing

Great news for all horse racing fans: bwin adds new horse racing product to its world's biggest betting line-up!

bwin, the world's leading listed online gaming provider, has added horse racing to its betting line-up. "On the new platform bwin customers get to choose from a string of horse races from all across Europe, Canada and the US", says Stefan Wukovitsch, who is in charge of Product Management Betting at bwin.

Traditional tote system
In classic sports betting bookmakers rely on their expert knowledge to determine the chances of winning, using odds to express probabilities. Horse racing however traditionally uses the tote system. For each race, the customers' stakes are pooled and the odds are then determined for this pool. Once the race has finished, the pool is shared among the winners. Part of the revenue is invested back into promoting sports and horse breeding.

Strong partners
bwin focuses on strong partners among the horse racing organisers and works directly with the racing clubs. "Our partners guarantee an attractive line-up with up to 300 races a day, including live video broadcasts.

US Open 2010

La Liga 2010/2011

Today the US Open has started. Expect two weeks of the best tennis, as it's the Final Grand Slam of this tennis season. Place to be is Flushing Meadows, New York, USA. Let's have a short preview on the favourites and what to expect:

Unfortunately, 2009 US Open Champion Juan Martin Del Potro won't be able to defend his title in Flushing Meadows, due to an injury that has sidelined him since the Australian Open in January. Rafael Nadal, the No. 1 in the world and current holder of Roland Garros and Wimbledon, is trying once again to win the US Open, the only Grand Slam that has eluded him so far. His recent form has been far from impressive, but we all know that Nadal has been targeting the US Open and he is likely to hit top form for the tournament. Other contenders are for sure Roger Federer, Andy Murray and Novak Djokovic. But as well Andy Roddick on his favourite surface. Hopefully he can beat the pressure. Another one which you can't underestimate is Robin Soderling, who can play perfectly on this hard court surface.

The women's final could see two former US Open champions meeting, with defending champion Kim Clijsters and two-time champion Venus Williams on one side of the draw and former champions Maria Sharapova and Svetlana Kuznetsova on the other. Also Caroline Wozniacki is one to look at as she's in a great form lately. Jelena Jankovic is also focusing to win this Grand Slam, so after all we can expect a great tournament in which (as usual) everything is possible.

German Bundesliga Kickoff

German Bundesliga 2010/2011

Yesterday the German Bundesliga has kicked off with the game between Bayern Munchen and Wolfsburg (Final score:2-1). Today the Bundesliga continues with it's First matchround of the new season 2010/2011. German football has been walking with a spring in its step since the national team’s performance in the World Cup. That has helped raise the overseas profile of a league which is Europe’s most watched and most profitable, not to mention being very fan friendly and awash with promising young players. Furthermore, following recent Bundesliga performances in Europe, the league looks set to overtake Italy’s Serie A in the UEFA Co-Efficient standings, which would afford it an extra Champions League place in the near future.

Perhaps conscious of the rise of the Bundesliga, longtime Madridista Raul and Danish international Simon Kjaer chose to ignore offers from England. In Germany this season everything is possible again with a strong league. The title contenders are Bayern Munchen, Bayer Leverkusen, VfL Wolfsburg, Werder Bremen, VfB Stuttgart, Schalke 04, Borussia Dortmund and Hamburger SV. Like eight teams who could fight for the first spots, but don't forget about the 10 others who can all beat eachother. Definately all fans are looking forward to a thrilling season!

But let's focus on the watching part, as that's why you visit this website. Myp2p will try to provide you again with the best guides for all your games. The waiting is over.
